The Global Biobank Engine was built using a modified version of the ExAC browser code-base (developed by the ExAC web development team), and an extended version of the IBD Exomes Browser developed by Manuel Rivas. The Engine development was led by Manuel Rivas. Special thanks to Chris Chang, developer of PLINK2, without whom it would not be possible to complete the work.

Manuel Rivas and Greg McInnes developed the coding (GWAS) page.

Greg McInnes and Adam Lavertu connected the submission page for MRP inference engine developed by Manuel A. Rivas and Matti Pirinen.
