Heads up! This app shows the power to detect genetic associations for collapsed protein-truncating variants (PTVs) in different populations from gnomAD and the UK Biobank (UKB). We estimated collapsed PTV allele frequencies and 95% confidence intervals for each gene that contains PTVs and calculate power using the GeneticsDesign R package.
